Shipping Information
1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We provide the best shipping method to meet your needs. Shipping cost and delivery time are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Metro Manila: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
- Outside Metro Manila: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after confirmation of payment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are determined at checkout based on the shipping method and destination. For orders above PHP 499, we offer free standard shipping within the philippines.4. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas. Please ensure your shipping address is valid and correct to avoid delays in processing.
Returns & Exchanges
At SKINEVER, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to assist you.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges of unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 7 days of the purchase date, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be returned within 7 days from the date you received your order.
- The product(s) must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at shopify chat support with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Approval: Once we’ve reviewed your request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping Your Return: Pack your item securely and send it to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process your return once it’s received.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days once the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with refund details. Depending on your financial institution, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear on your account.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the same steps as for returns. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at shopify chat. We will gladly replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you. Please provide us with the following information:
- Order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund.

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If you no longer want the order after it has shipped, you can return it following our return policy.

3. Do you offer free returns?

4. Can I return items purchased from other retailers?
We only accept returns for products purchased directly from SKINEVER through our official website. Products purchased from third-party retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.
